I'm not sure which is better: the location or the extremely helpful and accommodating staff. Ashley was extremely helpful from prior to my move-in day all the way up to the day I moved out. You're a quick walk to several different vibrant areas of the city with bars, coffee shops, grocery, maintenance, and even Michelin star restaurants.

I've lived in Hilltop House for nearly a year and absolutely love it. Perfect location on the corner of Meridian Hill Park, just a few blocks to either Adams Morgan, Columbia Heights, and U Street. Very reasonable rent prices and fantastic management staff.
