To apply for your new apartment home, please be prepared to submit the following required items:

1. Two Forms of Identification

• Adults: Government-issued ID, Passport or valid DHS authorization ID
• Children:  Birth certificate (long form) and SS card

2. Proof of Income and Current Employment

• Last three consecutive pay stubs.
• Documentation of monthly fixed income (must be dated within 30 days of the application date).
• Proof of any and all retirement accounts.
